One-piece inspection fitting for flat roof systems

Function

The inspection fitting facilitates regular, simple and safe inspection of flat roofs without requiring any destructive penetration into the roof envelope. This ensures leaks are quickly detected and helps to significantly minimise the amount of damage.

Material

Variants in PVC, FPO/PP ¹, and BIT for connection to the corresponding
compatible material type of the roof membrane. The materials are
modified to be weather-resistant; UV-stabilized, resistant to thermal
degradation and oxidative aging, as well as impact-resistant in cold
temperatures.

• PVC similar to RAL 7035, Light grey
• FPO/PP similar to RAL 7044, Silk gre
• BIT sandet

Installation

For each selected section, the **inspection fitting** is ideally placed at the lowest point on the vapor barrier. Optionally, a layer fixation can be applied to prevent shifting. Then, the insulation is installed, and the waterproofing is applied with a proper connection of the waterproofing to thep ipe of the inspection fitting.
